Last Updated: November 2, 2025

Black Ops 6 gameplay featuring Omnimovement.

The servers for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 are humming, and players worldwide are diving into a multiplayer experience that fundamentally changes the series' core movement. With the introduction of the revolutionary Omnimovement system, the established meta is out the window.

As the community scrambles to master sprinting, sliding, and diving in any direction, we've secured an unprecedented advantage for you: the personal, go-to loadouts from the developers at Treyarch.

An Inside Edge in the New Era of Movement

The first few days of any Call of Duty launch are a frantic race for information. Which assault rifle has the best recoil control? Which perks are essential for leveraging Omnimovement? While everyone else is experimenting, you can jump into the fray with a powerful head start. We spoke with key directors at Treyarch, who shared the custom loadouts they’ve been mastering for months. Whether you're an aggressive slayer or a tactical mastermind, there's a director-approved build here to give you an immediate upper hand on the battlefield.

The "Omnimovement Rusher" - Lead Multiplayer Designer's Build

It’s no surprise that the lead multiplayer designer favors a loadout built for pure speed and aggression. This class is designed to exploit the Omnimovement system to its absolute limit, breaking through enemy lines, creating unpredictable angles, and staying one step ahead of the opposition. It’s a high-risk, high-reward setup that excels in the hands of confident players who push the pace.

  • Primary Weapon: Jackal PDW (SMG)
  • Attachments: Breacher Muzzle, Close-Quarters Barrel, CQB Grip, 40 Round Mag, Quick-Sprint Stock
  • Secondary Weapon: Combat Knife
  • Perks:
    • Perk 1: Lightweight (Increases movement and swim speed. Reduces noise while swimming.)
    • Perk 2: Fleet (Increases sprint and crouch speed. Reduces the penalty for strafe and backwards movement.)
    • Perk 3: Covert (Reduces footstep audio, making you harder to hear.)
  • Equipment: Stun Grenade, Semtex
  • Field Upgrade: Field Mic

"I designed the maps with Omnimovement as the foundation," the designer told us. "This build is about exploiting that. The Jackal has incredible handling, allowing you to fire accurately even while chaining a sprint into a dive. With Lightweight and Covert, you can close the distance almost silently and at incredible speed. It’s all about using fluid movement to create engagements on your terms."

The "Tactical Anchor" - Creative Director's Loadout

In contrast, the Creative Director prefers a more methodical and strategic approach. This loadout is perfect for players who like to lock down sightlines, control objectives, and support their team from a position of power. It’s less about frantic movement and more about intelligent positioning and precise gunplay to counter aggressive players.

  • Primary Weapon: AMCR (Assault Rifle)
  • Attachments: Agency Suppressor, Extended Barrel, Visiontech 2x Optic, Commando Foregrip, 45 Rnd Mag
  • Secondary Weapon: Renetti (Pistol)
  • Perks:
    • Perk 1: Body Armor (Reduces explosive damage and provides damage reduction from fire.)
    • Perk 2: Forward Intel (Shows a larger area on the minimap and pings enemy spawn locations.)
    • Perk 3: Cold-Blooded (Undetectable by AI-controlled scorestreaks. Players in thermal optics will have a harder time seeing you.)
  • Equipment: Proximity Mine, Smoke Grenade
  • Field Upgrade: Trophy System

"My goal is to be the anchor for my team," the director explained. "The AMCR is a versatile powerhouse that can challenge snipers at a distance and still hold its own in mid-range fights. Omnimovement isn't just for rushing; I use the new corner-slicing mechanic to hold lanes safely. With Forward Intel, I can anticipate enemy pushes and position my Trophy System to shut down their assault before it begins. It’s about controlling space and denying the enemy their preferred routes."

The "All-Purpose Operator" - Game Director's Choice

Finally, the Game Director uses a build that's all about versatility. This jack-of-all-trades loadout is designed to be effective in any situation, on any map, and in any mode. It's a reliable and flexible setup that allows the player to adapt their playstyle on the fly, making it an excellent starting point for anyone jumping into Black Ops 6 for the first time.

  • Primary Weapon: M4A2 (Assault Rifle)
  • Attachments: Millstop Reflex, Infantry Compensator, Field Agent Grip, STANAG 50 Rnd Mag, Tactical Stock
  • Secondary Weapon: Striker (Shotgun)
  • Perks:
    • Perk 1: Scavenger (Replenish ammo from fallen players.)
    • Perk 2: Gearhead (Reduces Field Upgrade cooldown and allows you to carry two Field Upgrades.)
    • Perk 3: Ghost (Undetectable by Spy Planes while you are moving, planting or defusing bombs, or controlling streaks.)
  • Equipment: Frag Grenade, Stimshot
  • Field Upgrade: Assault Pack

"As Game Director, I'm constantly thinking about the whole picture," he stated. "The M4A2 is the perfect embodiment of that—it has no major weaknesses. It's accurate, handles well, and has enough ammo to take on multiple opponents. I run Gearhead and the Assault Pack to ensure my team is always stocked and ready for the next fight, and Ghost allows me to reposition using Omnimovement without giving away my location to enemy Spy Planes. This is the loadout for someone who wants to be ready for anything."
