Delta Force Season 'Meltdown' Launches June 30: Everything Included

Delta Force is set to receive its largest update of the year on June 30, 2026. Titled Meltdown, the seasonal content drop spans across PC, mobile, and console, bringing a new Operator, two fresh maps, and significant gameplay adjustments to both Operations and Warfare modes.
Update Schedule and PC Requirements
For PC players, the update process will begin early on June 30. Ranked matches for Operations and Warfare go off-season at 00:30 UTC+0. By 01:59 UTC+0, the Operations entrance, matchmaking, Market, and Auction House functions will be disabled to prepare for the deployment. The update becomes available at 02:00 UTC+0.
Be prepared for a significant download: the update requires 33.5 GB of content, while the Steam update package reaches approximately 57.3 GB.
New Operator: N-Two
The update introduces Gabriel Mercier, codenamed N-Two, an Engineer Operator focused on frost-based crowd control. His kit includes:
- Frost Launcher: Fires up to six frost grenades that explode on impact, dealing damage and freezing enemies.
- Cryo-Flask: Creates a subzero zone that slows enemies and forces them to cough, and can even freeze closed doors.
- Homing Stun Grenade: An auto-tracking grenade that deals damage and disrupts enemy vision.
In Operations, N-Two’s frost effects reduce enemy fracture resistance, while in Warfare, they hinder vehicle handling.
New Maps and Bosses
Operations mode gains the AZ3 Nuclear Plant, where players must navigate leak zones and radiation containers. The plant is home to a new boss, Neural Device Agent H1000, described as a fast and lethal enemy jacked into Skynet. Accessing Normal Operations at this facility requires an entry cost of 112,500 Tekniq Alloys.
Warfare mode adds the Coliseum, which features two narrative branches: Stray Thunder, where rocket debris rains down on the city, and Thunderstrike, where the rocket impacts the Coliseum directly for a final showdown.
Combat and System Optimizations
The Meltdown update includes a massive list of balance changes and quality-of-life improvements. Notably, the CSV-35 Transport Helicopter has been added as a new vehicle, capable of vertical takeoff and rapid deployment. Players can also utilize new weapons like the RM277 Assault Rifle (6.8x51mm) and the SVCH Marksman Rifle (7.62x54Rmm).
Other key changes include:
- Environmental Burning: On PC, vegetation and specific objects on Warfare maps like the Coliseum can now be ignited.
- Secondary Objectives: Attackers in Warfare can now capture and hold secondary objectives to create new redeployment points.
- Decontamination Chamber: A new Black Site system allows players to increase radiation resistance, with tiers unlocking at Operations levels 9, 14, and 27.
- Season Missions: The S9 mission progress will be fully reset, and the new S10 line features an Investigation Board that tracks intel regarding the AZ3 Nuclear Plant.
Balance adjustments have been applied to several Operators, including Morse, whose Throwable Jammer now has a longer cooldown (40s) and increased warning visibility for enemies. Toxik’s "Dragonfly" swarm system has also been buffed to increase HP drain speed during the initial hit phase.
