Fears to Fathom has become a staple of the indie horror scene on Steam, offering episodic, grounded stories that feel unsettlingly real. Whether you are jumping in for the first time or looking to polish off your completionist run, here is how to unlock every achievement in the series.

Episode 1: Home Alone

• Curious: Read all the text messages on your phone when you receive the first message from your mom.
• Loud: With your microphone connected, go to the window by the front door, look for the man outside, and yell into your mic until he turns to look at you.
• Survivor: Survive the episode. When your mom texts that she has called the police, go upstairs and hide under your bed. Stay there until the police arrive.

Episode 2: Norwood Hitchhike

• Fuel Up: Park next to the second gas pump, pay the cashier inside, and then return outside to gas up.
• Reader: Read all text messages on your phone.
• Nuisance: Throw items at the gas station clerk while inside the store.
• Explorer: Drive past the bridge to the roof-covered road. Turn left onto the dirt path to find a closed wooden gate. Wait there for a minute to see a bear.
• Shoplifter: Throw an item out the window near the door while inside the gas station, then pick it up once you go outside.
• Survivor: When the man tries to enter, run to the closet and hide until Joe arrives.

Episode 3: Carson House

• Reader: Read all text messages on your phone.
• Helper: Find the mustard for the old woman in the grocery store.
• Nuisance: Ride your bike inside the store, then return it outside.
• Knowledgeable: Score 7/7 in the "Guess The Flag" mini-game on the computer. If you miss one, restart the game.
• Survivor: When Cara enters, hide in the corner of the laundry room until the game tells you she is out of sight, then run for the front door.

Episode 4: Ironbark Lookout

• Generous: Tip the waitress when checking out at the Diner.
• Talkative: Speak to the man sitting on his car in the Diner parking lot.
• Top of the Mornin': Watch the full Employee Training video on your lookout computer.
• Sharp Shooter: Score at least 500 points in the Plague mini-game.
• Survivor: Hide under your bed when the cultist arrives. Once they leave the top level, run down the stairs to the porta-potty. Hide until they leave the area, then run for your RV and drive away.

Episode 5: Woodbury Getaway

• Checked In: Use the code from Rick to open the cabin lockbox.
• Talkative: Speak to all NPCs in the pizzeria.
• Type Master: Beat the Type Invader mini-game on the computer with 70+ HP.
• Caffeinated and Creamy: Add creamer to your coffee before putting the lid on at the Keurig.
• Loud: Make a loud sound into your mic when the hiker knocks on the door.
• Purr: Toss fish to the cat in the attic.
• Kobe: Shoot a basketball into the hoop in the backyard.
• Reel Success: Catch a northern pike using Crankbait and Frozen Prawns.
• Zero Deaths: Complete the episode without dying.
• Survivor: Hide under the stairs, then in the closet. Use the step stool to reach the attic once the coast is clear and wait for the doorbell to signal safety.

Scratch Creek (Co-op)

• Texter: Send a manual text to the other player.
• All Hitched Up: Hook the trailer before leaving.
• Who's Watching?: After moving the tree, follow the figure to the house on the side of the road.
• Out of Sight: Hide in the trailer.
• Come In: Let Henry into the room while Marcus is away.
• The Drifter: Investigate the abandoned gas station building and talk to the man inside.
• Holy Cow: Reach 100,000,000 in the Cow Clicker app on your phone.
• Down In The Dark: Hide under the stairs in the laundry area when Marcus goes to the basement.
• Eavesdropper: Listen to all staff chatter outside the bathroom door.
• Survivor: After escaping Miss Julia's, hide in the trailer while Bill calls the man inside. Once the man enters the house, unhook the trailer and drive away.
