Jersey Jack Pinball Reveals Official Sonic the Hedgehog Machine
Just in time for the blue blur's 35th birthday, Jersey Jack Pinball and Sega have pulled the curtain back on the official Sonic the Hedgehog Pinball machine. The cabinet aims to capture the speed and energy of the franchise, bringing Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Shadow, and Amy to a physical playfield.
Designed by industry veteran Steve Ritchie—known for his four-decade career and his iconic voice work as Shao Kahn in Mortal Kombat II—the machine is built to recreate the experience of classic Sonic levels. Players will work through seven stages, including Green Hill Zone and Chemical Plant, while collecting rings and facing off against Dr. Eggman.

- Collector’s Edition ($15,000 USD): This made-to-order model includes 'Super-Sparkle' cabinet artwork, 'Knuckles Red' metallic laser-cut armor, a mechanical Sonic vs. Dr. Eggman topper with a wide LCD screen, and a gold ring shooter knob.
- Special Edition ($12,000 USD): Features 'Sonic Blue' armor, Green Hill Zone battle cabinet artwork, a dual-layer RGB-acrylic battle topper, and a shaker motor for haptic feedback.
- Arcade Edition ($9,999 USD): Designed for heavy-duty, high-traffic use, this model focuses on non-stop play and durability.
